dc.description.abstract	Chronické srdeční selhání výrazně snižuje délku života a má negativní dopad na kvalitu života. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit míru kvality života a dodržování léčebného režimu u pacientů s chronickým srdečním selháním. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno na kardiologické ambulanci srdečního selhání ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc na přelomu roku 2018. Zúčastnili se ho pacienti, kteří se léčili s chronickým srdečním selháním a docházeli na pravidelné kontroly do ambulance srdečního selhání. K výzkumnému šetření byl použit 1 standardizovaný dotazník: Modifikovaný Minnesotský dotazníku kvality života Život se srdečním selháním", zkratka MLHFQ. Z výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu vyplynulo, že dodržováním léčebného režimu by mohlo dojít ke zkvalitnění života pacientů s chronickým srdečním selháním.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Chronic heart failure reduces significantly life expectancy and has an impact on the quality of life. The aim of the research was to track down the quality of life and the adherence to the treatment regime in patients with chronic heart failure. The investigation was carried out in the outpatient's department specialised on the heart failure in Clinic of Internal Medicine I Cardiology, Olomouc in the end of the year 2017 and the beginning of the year 2018. The participants were clients of the outpatient's department who regularly visit the specialized outpatient's department of the heart failure. The standardized questionnaire was used: Modified Minnesota questionnaire of the Quality of Life (MLHFQ). The results of the quantitative research disclosed that the adherence to the treatment regime might im-prove the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
