dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o nehojící se rány z pohledu sester agentury domácí zdravotní péče. Teoretická část je věnována nehojícím se ranám, specifikům jejich lokálního ošetřování v domácím prostředí a ošetřovatelské dokumentaci zaměřené na péči o rány. V praktické části k dosažení cílů práce byl aplikován kvalitativní výzkum formou kazuistik u vybraných pacientů s nehojícími se ránami v domácí péči. Výstupem práce jsou 4 kazuistiky s cílem informovat odbornou veřejnost, všeobecné sestry, o specifické péči o dekubity a bércové vředy žilní etiologie v domácím prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of care for non-healing wounds from the point of view of the nurses of the home health care agency. The theoretical part is devoted to non-healing wounds, the specifics of their local nursing in the home environment and nursing documentation aimed at wound care. In the practical part, to achieve the goals of the work, qualitative research was applied in the case of selected patients with non-healing wounds in home care. The output of the thesis are four case studies aimed at informing the general public, general nurses, the specifics of care for decubitus and venous ulcers of venous etiology in the home environment.
