dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá potřebami nemocných s hypotyreózou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly, které se dále člení. Obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii štítné žlázy, obecné rozdělení onemocnění štítné žlázy, dále je zaměřena přímo na hypotyreózu a v neposlední řadě na potřeby nemocných. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu a technikou rozhovoru zjišťuje, jak jsou nemocní informováni o hypotyreóze a jaké specifické potřeby, změny a omezení u nemocných s hypotyreózou nastaly.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the needs of patients with hypothyroidism. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters which are also divided into separate sections. It contains an anatomy and a physiology of the thyroid gland, a general division of thyroid diseases. It is also directly focused on hypothyroidism and on the needs of patients. The practical part is elaborated with a qualitative research, and by means of an interviewing it determines how the patients are informed about hypothyroidism and what specific needs, changes and limitations occurred in patients with hypothyroidism.
