dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem "Akutní infarkt myokardu a specifická ošetřovatelská péče na oddělení urgentního příjmu" se zabývá specifikami ošetřovatelské péče pacientů přijatých na oddělení urgentního příjmu s akutním infarktem myokardu (AIM). Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část je rozčleněna do tří kapitol a poskytuje podrobné informace o infarktu myokardu. Na začátku této části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie srdce. Další samostatnou kapitolou je popis samotného onemocnění, kde je zmíněna etiologie, klasifikace, diagnostika, nebo také komplikace a léčba. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu - urgentní příjem, popisuje specifické výkony z oboru ošetřovatelství o pacienty s diagnózou AIM, přijaté na oddělení urgentního příjmu. Praktická část je provedena formou 5 případových studií (kazuistik), kdy byly sledovány a zaznamenány veškeré ošetřovatelské postupy u pacientů přijatých na oddělení urgentního příjmu pro AIM. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty a analyzovány vědomosti, specifika péče u těchto pacientů a postupy při zajištění pacienta s touto diagnózou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis "Acute myocardial infarction and specific nursing care at emergency" deals with the specific nursing patient care admitted at the emergency with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The thesis consists of two main parts. Theoretical part is divided to three chapters and offers detailed information on myocardial infarction. At the beginning of this part there is described anatomy and physiology of the heart. The next separate chapter describes the illness itself; there is mentioned aetiology, classification, diagnosis but also complications and medical treatment. The last chapter focuses on the explanation of the term emergency and describes specific procedures in the nursing care for patients with AMI diagnosis admitted at the emergency. Practical part is realized by means of 5 case studies (case reports), where all the nursing procedures of the AMI patients admitted at emergency were observed and recorded. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes and analyses the knowledge and care specifics in these patients and procedures for securing the patient with this diagnosis.
