dc.description.abstract	Záměrem této práce je ukázat, jak kvalita individuálních plánů a aktivizačních činností ovlivňuje kvalitu života seniorů s demencí v domovech pro seniory se zvláštním režimem, a to z pohledu klíčových a aktivizačních pracovníků těchto sociálních zařízení. Teoretická část práce se zabývá stářím, sebepéčí, individuálními plány a aktivizačními čin-nostmi v životě seniorů s demencí v domovech se zvláštním režimem. Výzkumná část hodnotí posouzení vlivu kvalitních individuálních plánů a aktivizačních činností na kvalitu života seniorů s demencí ve třech domovech pro seniory se zvláštním režimem ve Zlínském kraji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The intention of this thesis is focused to show how the quality of the individual arran-gement and activating activities directly infuence the quality of the lives the seniors with dementia and also the old people in the special mode especially from the perspective of the important and activating workers in those sanitary facilities. The teoretical part of this thesis deal with the age, self-care, individual arrangement and with the activating activities in the lives of the old people with dementia in the institutions with the special mode. The research part of this thesis rates and assesses the effect of the very high-level individu-al planes and activating activities to the quality of the life of the old people with dementia. The research was conducted in the three institutions for the old people in the region of the Zlín region.
