Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o profesi zdravotně sociálního pracovníka z pohledu laické veřejnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na konkrétní vymezení a poslání sociální práce ve zdravotnictví, včetně obecného pojetí sociální práce a její historie. Dále se práce věnuje činnostem zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, platným legislativním předpokladům a postavením profese zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v naší společnosti. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem a představuje analýzu dat, jež byly získány prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V rámci provedeného výzkumu se zjišťuje, jaké je postavení zdravotně sociálního pracovníka ve společnosti z pohledu laické veřejnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the profession a health social worker from the public perspective. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. A theoretical part is concentrated to a specific definition and the mission of a social work in health care, and the general concept of social work and history. The thesis deals with the acitivities of the health social worker, legislation and position a health social worker in our society. A practical part deals with a quantitative research and analyzes data obtained through a questionnaire survey. The research shows how is the position of a health social worker in society from the public perspective. At the end of the thesis are presented results of research and recommendations for practice. |
