dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit postoj rodičů a dětí ke střídavé péči jako alternativě porozvodového uspořádání péče o nezletilé dítě. V diplomové práci je kladen důraz na odlišení střídavé péče od ostatních zákonem umožněných způsobů péče o nezletilé dítě a to jak výlučné péče matky, výlučné péče otce, tak společné péče. Teoretická část je zaměřena na to, co je to rodina, jaké jsou její funkce, jaká je role matky a otce. Poté se zaměřujeme na rozvod a jeho příčiny. Jaký vliv má rozvod na dítě a také, jaké jsou výhody a nevýhody střídavé péče. V praktické části se budeme zabývat kazuistikami střídavé péče, provedené kvalitativní metodou doplněnou dotazníkem sestaveným pro rodiče i nezletilé děti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this master's thesis is to found out the attitude of parents and children on an alternate care of minor children after divorce. This master's thesis emphasizes an alternate care distinction from the other ways of childcare enabled by law. Especially mother's father's and their common care. The theoretical part is focused on family, its functions and the role of mother and father. Then it focuses on a divorce, its reasons and divorce influence on child. Also it deals with the advantages and disadvantages of alternate care. In the practical part there are described casuistry of alternate care, which are done by qualitative method and questionnaire created both for parents and minor children.
