Bakalářská práce s názvem "Kvalita ošetřovatelské péče z pohledu pacienta" se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na počátky a další historii ošetřovatelství, na charakteristiku ošetřovatelské péče a ošetřovatelství, na druhy ošetřovatelské péče, na koncepci ošetřovatelství, na roli a funkci sestry, na ošetřovatelské standardy a postupy, kterými je kvalita ošetřovatelské péče zajišťována. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumem pomocí dotazníkového šetření u pacientů hospitalizovaných na chirurgickém a interním oddělení. Výzkum byl především zaměřen míru spokojenosti pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péči a práci ošetřovatelského personálu na jednotlivých odděleních. |

This Bachelor's work with the title "Quality of the nursing care in the patient's view" consist a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part I target the beginning and other history of nursing, characteristic of the nursing care and nursing, types of the nursing care, conception of the nursing, role and function of the nurse, nurse usages and processes that provide quality of the nursing care. In the practical part I am concerned with research through the question-forms inquiry on the in-patients on the surgical department and the internal department. The research was targeted level of the in-patients contentment with the nursing care and work of the nursing staff on the several departments. |
