dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Komunikace v zátěžových situacích" je zaměřena na krizovou komunikaci u jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část obsahuje všeobecný popis komunikace a krizové komunikace. Dále následuje popis zátěžové situace společně s první psychickou pomocí. Praktická část zahrnuje výsledky z dotazníkového šetření, který se zabýval využitím krizové komunikace, školením a vnímáním krizové ko-munikace u pracovníků složek IZS.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis "Communication in stressful situations" is focused on crisis communication of individual components of the integrated rescue system. The theoretical part contains a general description of communication and crisis communication. The following is a description of the stressful situation together with the first psychic help. The practical part includes the results from the questionnaire survey, which dealt with the use of crisis communication, training and perception of crisis communication among the staff of the IRS.
