dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení rizik oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrana zdraví při práci. V teoretické části je charakterizována bezpečnost práce, možné příčiny rizik při práci, právní předpisy bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, orgány státního odborného dozoru a také popsán postup identifikace a hodnocení rizik a vytvoření návrhu na opatření k jejich odstranění. V praktické části se seznámíme s řešením zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti SOLID Brno s.r.o., budou identifikována rizika činností ve výrobě, vytvořen jejich seznam a provedeno jejich zhodnocení a navržení opatření k jejich ošetření. Navržená opatření budou zhodnocena z hlediska možného přínosu pro společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the risk and healthy issues at work. The theoretical part concludes the characteristics of the work safety together with the trace of its risks. There are also mentioned czech public profesional superior organs together with the legal basis on safety and health at work and both measurement and proposal of the elimination of the risks in theory. The practical part introduce us the company SOLID Brno Ltd and its risks and healthy issues in practice. There will be listed the safety precautions and its elimination together with the possible social benefits in this thesis.
