Cieľom tejto práce bolo vypracovať literárnu štúdiu na danú tému, vytvoriť 3D mo-del zadaného dielu a navrhnúť formu pre jeho vstrekovanie v počítačovom programe CATIA V5R16. Ďalej bolo úlohou vytovriť výkresovú dokumentáciu v 2D. Zadaným dielom bolo tlakové veko vyrobené z polyamidu 66 s 30 % plnením skle-nenými vláknami. Zadaný diel bol nakreslený v 3D spolu s formou pre jeho vstrekovanie. Vypracova-ná bola tiež potrebná výkresová dokumntácia. Forma bola navrhnutá stavebnicovým spô-sobom s použitím normálií firmy HASCO. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to elaborate a literary study on the topic, to create a 3D model of the given part and to design a mould for its injection moulding using CATIA V5R16 software. Furthermore, technical drawing documentation in 2D was to be done. The given part was a pressure cap manufactured from polyamide 66 with 30 % fil-ling with glass fibers. The part had been drawn in 3D including the mould for its injection moulding. Ne-eded technical drawing documentation had been elaborated. The mould had been sectional-ly designed using HASCO normalized parts. |
