Cílem bakalářské práce bylo, pomocí literární rešerše, zpracovat téma tvorby supramolekulárních komplexů mezi surfaktanty a cyklodextriny. První část práce je věnována surfaktantům, jejich charakteristice, fyzikálně-chemickým vlastnostem, klasifikaci dle různých kritérií a jejich využití v běžné praxi. O cyklodextrinech je pojednáváno v druhé kapitole bakalářské práce. Historie objevu těchto molekul je následována jejich charakteristikou a fyzikálně-chemickými vlastnostmi. Další podkapitola se zabývá modifikovanými cyklodextriny, které jsou často základní jednotkou pro tvorbu supramolekulárních komplexů. V závěru druhé kapitoly je zmíněno využití cyklodextrinů s důrazem na praktické aplikace v kosmetice. Významnou část představuje třetí kapitola, která je věnována popisu známých inkluzních komplexů mezi cyklodextriny a surfaktanty. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to describe the topic of formation of supramolecular complexes between surfactants and cyclodextrins. The first part is devoted to surfactants, their characteristics, physico-chemical properties, classification according to various criteria and their use in common practice. Cyclodextrins are discussed in the second chapter of the bachelor thesis. The history of these molecules is followed by their characteristics and physico-chemical properties. Another subchapter deals with modified cyclodextrins, which often represent the basic unit for the formation of supramolecular complexes. At the end of the second chapter the use of cyclodextrins with an emphasis on their practical application in cosmetics is mentioned. An important is the third chapter focused for the description of known inclusion complexes between cyclodextrins and surfactants. |
