dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení konkrétního vzdělávacího kurzu v rakouské společnosti AIT. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy a procesy spojené se vzděláváním zaměstnanců. V praktické části je nejdříve popsána organizace, jejíž vzdělávací program byl hodnocen. Další části jsou již zaměřeny na analýzu vzdělávacího kurzu, který byl hodnocen na třech úrovních před, bezprostředně po a měsíc po školení. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat spokojenost zaměstnanců se vzdělávacím kurzem a zjistit, zda přinesl výsledky. Vedlejším cílem je prozkoumat, jestli AIT nebo manažeři rozvíjí a podporují své zaměstnance i po školení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on an evaluation of a particular training course in Austrian company AIT. The theoretical part defines key terms and processes related to training. The practical part describes the organization where analysis was conducted. Furthermore, the work focuses on the analysis of the training course on three levels before, immediately after and one month after the training. The aim of this thesis is to analyze whether employees are satisfied with 'Preparing Commercial Offers' training and whether the training has resulted in some activities and outcomes. Apart from that, a secondary goal is to focus on the period after the training to see whether employees are receiving the support they need either from their supervisor or AIT.
