Cílem této práce je prověření funkčnosti již zavedeného systému managementu jakosti ve společnosti HN Logistic Systems s.r.o., odhalení nedostatků a doporučení vhodných následných kroků vedoucích k optimalizaci implementovaného systému. Teoretická část se vyvíjí sestupně od obecného významu jakosti, přes vysvětlení systému řízení jakosti, až k řízení jakosti dle norem ISO 9000. Normami ISO 9000 se zabývá pouze povrchně a podstatný podíl teoretické části se opírá pouze o normu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, již rozvádí detailněji. V praktické části je nastíněn charakter společnosti a dále následují vlastní šetření v podobě dotazování, skutečného interního i certifikačního auditu, zkoumání a pozorování. Závěr praktické části přináší výsledné návrhy a doporučení společnosti. |

The aim of this bachelor is to crosscheck functionality of implemented quality management system in HN Logistic Systems s.r.o. company, detection of deficiencies and recommendation of suitable following steps destined to optimalization of the implemented system. The theory part grows up in descending order from common sense of quality, through explanation of quality management system to the quality management in accordance to the norms ISO 9000. The part deals by the norms ISO 9000 superficially only and the main portion relies on the norm ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, which construes more in detail. In practical part is described the company character and follow own investigations in form of interrogating, real internal and certification audit, research and observation. The end of the practical portion brings final proposals and recommendations to the company. |
