Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt financování a zhodnocení vybraných ukazate-lů obce Veselá. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána územní samospráva, obce, jejich hospodaření, majetek a roz-počet. Teoretická část dále obsahuje popis projektu a jeho možnosti financování. V praktické části jsou získané informace aplikované na obec. Je provedeno zhodnocení vy-braných ukazatelů finanční analýzy obce Veselá, kdy jsou zjištěné poznatky zhodnoceny a jsou navržena doporučení. Dále tato část obsahuje projekt financování obce, závěrem jsou doporučeny nejvhodnější způsoby jeho financování. |

This thesis is focused on project financing and evaluation selected activities of the munici-pality Veselá. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part describes local authorities, municipalities, their management, and bud-get. Next, the theoretical part includes the project and its financing options. In practical parts are applied the finding information to the municipality. Financial analysis are performed and findings are evaluated and recommendations are suggested. This part also contains the project and its financing. the best financing opportunities are recommen-ded. |
