dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci byla zkoumána problematika hodnocení a zvolení investičního projek-tu pro podnikatele Jaroslava Zimčíka. Hlavním úkolem bylo za daných podmínek vybrat nejvýhodnější variantu. Daný problém byl řešen pomocí statických i dynamických metod hodnocení investic. V teoretické části byla provedena knižní rešerše v oblasti in-vestic a hodnocení investic. V úvodu praktické části se práce zabývá popisem podniku a je rozebrána jeho aktuální finanční situace za pomocí poměrových ukazatelů finanční ana-lýzy. Následně byly popsány možnosti financování a porovnání stávajícího technologic-kého stavu s možnými investičními variantami. Porovnání bylo provedeno za pomoci peněžních toků a metod hodnocení investic. Výsledkem této práce je jednoznačné dopo-ručení pro rozhodnutí, která investiční varianta je pro podnikatele nejvýhodnější.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis examined details of evaluation and choice of business owner, Jaroslav Zimcik's, investment project. The main goal was to identify the most lucrative option under the given conditions. The variables were compared using statistic and dynamic me-thodology of investments. The theory was researched in literature on investments and investment assessments. The beginning of the practical section describes the business and its finan-cial standing using ratio indicators of financial analysis. Further, various financing opti-ons and comparables of future technological status with investment opportunities were described. The comparables were evaluated based on cash flow and investment as-sessment methodology. The result of this thesis provides clear recommendations for the best lucrative choice for the business owner
