dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat účetní uzávěrku a závěrku ve společnosti XYZ, a. s. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byl nejprve popsán postup, při účetní uzávěrce. Následně byly charakterizovány účetní výkazy. Jedná se o rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztráty, přehled o peněžních tocích a přehled o změnách vlastní-ho kapitálu. V praktické části byly popsány uzávěrkové operace ve společnosti XYZ, a. s. Poté byla analyzována rovněž účetní závěrka zvolené společnosti. Bakalářská práce obsahu-je také doporučení a opatření, vedoucí ke zlepšení či zefektivnění současného stavu řešené problematiky pro zvolenou společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the book closing process and financial state-ments in the XYZ, a. s. company. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, first of all there was described the process of book closing. After that financial statements were characterized. Financial statement are balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow and statement of changes in stockholders´ equi-ty. In practical part there was described the book closing in XYZ a. s. company. After-wards financial statements in the selected company were analyzed. The Bachelor thesis also includes recommendations and measures to improve or streamline the current situation of the subject matter in the selected company.
