Předmětem této práce je provést rozbor stavu a řízení v oblasti zásob ve společnosti Obal Print s. r. o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zásoby, způsoby jejího pořízení a způsoby vyřa-zení, účtování o nich a na metody řízení zásob. Poněvadž je využito v práci ukazatelů fi-nanční analýzy, je vypracována i v rámci teoretické části. V praktické části je popsán stav zásob, účtování a řízení zásob. Následně jsou provedeny analýzy v oblasti řízení zásob, kde je aplikována metoda ABC, a jsou použity některé ukazatele z oblasti finanční analýzy pro získání širší představy o zásobách ve společnosti. Na základě získaných informací a analýz jsou navrženy doporučení pro zlepšení stavu zásob a jejího řízení. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse of inventory situation and management at the company Obal Print, Ltd. In the theoretical part is focuses on inventory, ways of inventory acquisition and discard inventory, accounting for inventory and on methods of inventory management. As indicators of financial analysis are used in the thesis, financial analysis is also performed in the theoretical part. The practical part describes inventory situ-ation, inventory accounting and management. This is followed by analyses in inventory management, applying the method ABC analysis, and some indicators from the financial analysis are used to gain a better idea about the company inventory. Based on the infor-mation obtained and analyses made, recommendations of how to improve of inventory situation and its management are provided. |
