Cieľom diplomovej práce je vypracovanie projektu marketingového plánu pre spoločnosť Mibax Trade. V prvej časti boli spracované teoretické poznatky z oblasti mikro, malých a stredných podnikov, marketingového plánovania a elektronického obchodovania. Druhá časť bola naplnená predstavením spoločnosti Mibax Trade s.r.o., spolu so situačnou analý-zou, ktorá popisuje súčasný stav spoločnosti. Na základe situačnej analýzy bola zostavená marketingová stratégia a ciele, ktoré boli následne rozpracované do akčných programov. V závere bol marketingový plán podrobený nákladovej, časovej a rizikovej analýze. |

The aim of this thesis is to elaborate marketing plan for a company Mibax Trade. In the first part of the thesis were processed theoretical knowledge of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, marketing planning and electronic business. Second part was fullfilled with presentation of company Mibax Trade, connected with situational analysis, which is describing current status of the company. Based on the situational analysis was made mar-keting strategy and goals, which have been systematized into the actions plans. In the end was marketing plan put in cost, time and risk analysis. |
