dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života u pacientů s kardiostimulátorem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je členěna na tři kapitoly, které zahrnují základy anatomie a fyziologie srdce a převodního systému, kardiostimulaci, v niž je blíže popsán její vývoj, indikace k výkonu, samotná implantace, režimové opatření a jejich informovanost. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá kvalitou života. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak hodnotí kvalitu života pacienti po implantaci kardiostimulátoru a do jaké míry jsou o výkonu a životě s kardiostimulátorem informováni.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on quality of life in patients with pacemakers. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, which include the basics of anatomy and physiology of the heart and the transfer system, cardio stimulation, which contains also the development, performance indication, implantation itself, regime measures and their awareness. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with quality of life. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how the quality of life is evaluated by patients after implantation of the pacemaker and to what extent they are informed about the performance and life with the pacemaker.
