Bakalářská práce pojednává o léčebném režimu u pacientů s lymfedémem. V teoretické části je podán přehled o etiologii, klinickém obrazu a stádiích lymfedému a také je zpracována komplexní péče o pacienta s lymfedémem. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření se pak zaměřujeme na zjištění znalostí pacientů s lymfedémem dolních končetin o léčebném, jak hodnotí vlastní schopnosti a dovednosti týkající se komplexní terapie a zda a kým jsou informováni o komplexní terapii a o dodržování samotného léčebného režimu. Celkem jsme zpracovali data od 105 respondentů, z toho 89 žen a 16 mužů. |

This bachelor's thesis deals with the treatment regimen in patients with lymphedema. The theoretical part of thesis focuses on the etiology, clinical picture and stages of lymphedema. The complex care of patients with lymphedema is also covered. The questionnaire in this thesis is designed to find out about the patients' knowledge of lymphedema of lower limbs, treatment regimen and about their thoughts of their skills in terms of complex therapy, if they are properly informed about complex therapy and adherence to therapeutic principles. We are collected data from 105 patients, 89 female and 16 male. |
