dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy a teoretickými informacemi z oblastí biografického výzkumu, narativního rozhovoru a badatelské práce v archivu. Poslední kapitola poskytuje přehled o osobnostech českého ošetřovatelství. Praktická část obsahuje životní příběh ženy, která celý svůj profesní život pracovala jako sestra. K získání informací o jejím pracovním i osobním životě byl použit narativní rozhovor, který byl doplněn informacemi z okresního archivu, osobního spisu bývalého zaměstnavatele a z osobních biografických dokumentů. V biografii této osobnosti ošetřovatelství Zlínského kraje se dotkneme jejího dětství, studia, začátků její kariéry v Baťově nemocnici ve válečném období a zmapujeme následných 30 let, kdy zastávala pozici hlavní sestry okresní nemocnice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part deals with the concepts and theoretical information regarding the bio-graphical research, narrative interview and research work in the archive. The last chapter gives an overview of the personalities of a Czech nursing field. The practical part focuses on a life story of a woman who worked as a nurse for her whole professional life. Narrative interview was used to obtain information about her life, which was supplemented by in-formation from the regional archive, personal file of a former employer and from personal biographical documents. In the biography of this nursing personality of the Zlin region, we are going to deal with childhood, studies, beginning of her career in Bata hospital in a dif-ficult war period and the subsequent 30 years, where she worked as a head nurse of a dis-trict hospital.
