dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů závislých na alkoholu na standardních odděleních. V první části práce je popsána alkoholová závislost, příčiny vzniku a rozdělení syndromu závislosti. Dále se práce zaobírá fyzickými a psychickými změnami v organismu v důsledku závislosti na alkoholu, specifiky a zátěží sester při ošetřovatelské péči o závislé pacienty. Praktická část zkoumá, jak a v čem spatřují zdravotní sestry největší zátěž při péči o závislé pacienty, zda mají možnost vzdělávat se v problematice ošetřovatelské péče a jaký je jejich zájem o vzdělání v této problematice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to investigate and identify the main difficulties of the nursing care for alkohol addicted patients. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the specialized nursing care of the alcohol addicted persons on standard wards. In the first part, the alcoholism, it's causes and syndrome division is described. This part also provides an overwiew of physical and psychological changes in the body due to alcohol dependence. In addiction, the specifics of the nursing care for these ill patients are shown. Practical part investigates the greatest burden during the care of dependent patients from the nurse's point of view. Possibilities of the education for the caretakers and their interest in education in this area are also demonstrated.
