dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce "Analýza hospodaření s obecním majetkem v obci Paseka" je zaměřena na analýzu struktury majetku, zdrojů krytí, struktury příjmů a výdajů v obci Paseka v průběhu let 2004 a 2005. Úvodem je zpracována základní charakteristika a souvis-losti mezi jednotlivými částmi majetku obcí. Dále byla provedena podrobná analýza hos-podaření na základě příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu obce a majetku obce. V závěru práce jsem formulovala doporučení pro hospodaření s majetkem v následujících rozpočtových obdobích.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented thesis "The analysis of management of property in Paseka municipality" focuses on the analysis of the property structure, the sources of funding, evaluation of the budget compilation, the sources of budget funding and the structure expenses of the Paseka municipality in the years 2004 and 2005. The general characteristics of municipality financial management are given and the detailed analysis of financial management focused on the structure of income and expense in the municipality and on the management of property. The recommendations for the property management in the Paseka community in next financial years are summarized in conclusions.	en
