dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodný způsob financování investičního záměru obce Bzenec. Tímto záměrem je rekonstrukce místní kaple sv. Floriána a Šebestiána. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku obce, vymezení rozpočtu a hospodaření obce, a dále jsou zde popsány možnosti financování investičních záměrů. Praktická část se zabývá představením samotné obce a analýzou jejího všeobecného stavu. Poté pokračuje analýzou hospodaření, včetně výpočtu vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V dalších kapitolách je charakterizován investiční záměr obce a jsou navrženy možné způsoby jeho financování, spolu s vyhodnocením dopadů těchto návrhů na hospodaření obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The graduation work is focused on finding the appropriate ways of financing investment intention of the municipality Bzenec. The intention is reconstruction of local chapel of St. Florian and Sebastian. The theoretical part is focused on describing the characteristics of municipality, on defining a budget and an economy of municipality. Then there are described possibilities of financing investment intentions. The practical part deal with introduction of the municipality and then there is analyse of general state of the municipality. It continues with an analysis of economy of the municipality, including calculation of indicators of financial analysis. In other chapters there are characteristics of the investment intention and there are find the best ways of financing for the intention, including assessment of impact of these suggestions on economy of the municipality.
