dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti českého obchodního centra ve Zlíně a následný návrh na udržení či zlepšení jeho pozice na trhu. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části. V teoretické části práce je podrobně vysvětlena terminologie týkající se problematiky konkurenceschopnosti například interní a externí analýza podniku, s tím související analýzy či nové marketingové trendy obchodních center. V praktické části dochází k samotné analýze konkurenceschopnosti obchodního centra s využitím Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil, Benchmarkingu, PESTE analýzy, IFE a EFE matice a SWOT analýzy. Součástí praktické části je také dotazník podrobený více než 200 respondentskými odpovědmi. Výsledky analýz a dotazníku slouží jako návrhy na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti daného obchodního centra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of competitiveness of a Czech shopping centre in Zlín and subsequent suggestion on maintaining or improving its position on the market. This thesis is divided into 2 sections. The first part is theoretical where terminology of competitiveness is explained in detail for example internal and external analysis, another related analysis to competitiveness or new marketing trends of shopping centres and marketing. The second part is practical where competitive analysis of shopping centre is made. Porter's five forces analysis, Benchmarking, PESTE analysis, IFE and EFE matrix and SWOT analysis are performed. A part of practical section is a questionnaire with more than 200 respondent's answers. Outcomes of analyses and qustionnaire create basis for recommendations and proposals for improving company's competitiveness.
