dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a zanalyzovat problematiku řízení skladového hospodářství v provozu nemocnice a následně navrhnout přínosné inovace. V úvodu práce jsou definovány metody zpracování. Dále je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část diplomové práce je teoretickým úvodem do problematiky skladování ve zdravotnictví s naznačením moderních trendů v řízení zásob. Praktická část zařazuje popisovanou nemocnici do aktuálního postavení v síti nemocnic. Navazuje popis skladů a analýza řízení zásob. Práce pokračuje vyhodnocením analýzy. Na základě zjištěných informací, všech rozborů a analýz je vytvořeno projektové řešení inovovaného procesu skladového hospodářství. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a vyhodnocena případná rizika a přínosy s uvedením předloženého projektu do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my final thesis is to describe and analyze the issues of storage management in the hospital and then invent beneficial innovations. In the introduction, the processing methods are defined. The work is divided into theoretical and a practical part. The first part of my thesis includes the theoretical foreword and introduction of the issues of storing in health service. It also shows the modern trends of storage management. The practical part lists this described hospital into the proper position in the hospital network of the Czech Republic. Next, there is the storage description and supply management analysis. On the basis of discovered facts and analyses a project resolution is created an innovated process of storage management.The conclusion of the work contains all of the results and possible risks are evaluated. There are also the benefits that the project brings into the practice.
