Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit investiční záměr nákupu výrobní linky na zpracování plochého skla. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny informace z oblastí investic, financování investičních projektů, analýzy vývoje hospodaření společnosti, hodnocení efektivnosti investic a rizika při investičním rozhodování. V analytické části je charakterizována firma, ve které je diplomová práce zpracována. Dále je provedena analýza současného stavu pomoci PEST analýzy, analýzy vývoje hospodaření a SWOT analýzy. V poslední části je představen investiční záměr společnosti, na nějž je vytvořen projekt financování. Investice je následně podrobena metodám hodnocení efektivnosti. Závěrem je provedena riziková analýza projektu a vyhodnocena vhodnost jeho přijetí. |

The aim of this master's thesis is to evaluate an investment plan a purchase of a production line for manufacturing of flat glass. There is information about investments, financing of investment plans, analysis of development of money management, evaluation of efficiency of investments and dangers of investment decisions taking in a theoretical part. There is a description of a company where the master's thesis is made in an analysis part. The next part of the thesis is a PEST analysis of a current situation, analysis of a money efficiency development and SWOT analysis. In the last part of the thesis, there is the company´s pur-pose and there is also a blueprint of financing of it. Afterwards, the investment is put through to methods that judge its efficiency. There is a risk analysis of the project and evaluation of suitability of its approval at the end. |
