dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu úpravy systému kalkulací zakázek ve společnosti Synett s. r o. Teoretická část diplomové práce shrnuje poznatky z oblasti nákladů a kalkulací. Nejprve je zmíněna klasifikace nákladů a poté jsou rozebrány tradiční a moderní metody kalkulací. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje představení společ-nosti Synett s. r. o., analýzu nákladů a analýzu systému kalkulací zakázek. Na základě pro-vedených analýz je navržen projekt upravující dosavadní systém kalkulací zakázek společ-nosti. Nakonec je provedena časová a nákladová analýza projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this master's thesis is the project of adjusting the costing system of con-tracts in the company Synett s. r. o. Theoretical part of the master's thesis summarizes findings from costs and calculations. First cost classification is mentioned and then tradi-tional and modern methods are analyzed. The practical part of the master's thesis consists of introducing the company Synett s. r. o., cost analysis and analysis of the costing system of contracts. Then is designed the project, which adjusts the costing system of contracts in the company. Finally, the cost and time analysis of the project are made.
