dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku aktivizace seniorů v domě s pečovatelskou službou. Teoretická část pojednává o stáří a stárnutí z pohledu různých autorů, přibližuje základní pojmy z oblasti autonomie seniorů, zaměřuje se na samotnou aktivizaci seniorů, kde mimo jiné vymezuje vybrané aktivizační metody, a nastiňuje princip fungování domu s pečovatelskou službou. Praktická část diplomové práce podrobně popisuje kvalitativní výzkum, uskutečněný v domě s pečovatelskou službou v Korytné. Na základě výsledků tohoto výzkumu bylo sepsáno doporučení pro praxi, orientované na moderní informační technologie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The expected thesis is focused on the problematics of activation of seniors staying at nursing homes. The theoretical part deals with the old age and getting old from the view of different authors, it approaches the basic terms from the field of senior´s autonomy. It con-centrates on the activation of seniors itself, where besides other things specifies the selec-ted activation methods and it outlines the principle of nursing homes being in operation. The practical part of the thesis describes in detail the qualitative research done by the nursing home in Korytna. On the basis of the results of the research there was written a recommendation for practice aimed at modern information technologies.
