Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálně nežádoucích jevů v Armádě České republiky. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na koncepci prevence sociálně nežádoucích jevů v AČR, dále na problematiku nezdravých mezilidských vztahů - mobbingu, užívání zakázaných látek ke zvýšení fyzické a duševní kondice a extremismu. Cílem praktické části je zjistit míru výskytu těchto SNJ v AČR. Dalším cílem je zjistit rozdíly v postojích a zkušenostech příslušníků AČR s vybranými SNJ ve vztahu k typu jednotky (bojová nebo zabezpečovací) a délce služby (do 15 let a nad 15 let). Tyto cíle jsou naplněny v rámci kvantitativního výzkumu a to formou dotazníkového šetření. |

This diploma thesis deals with the problem of socially undesirable phenomena (further only SUP) in the Army of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the concept of prevention of SUP within the Army of the Czech Republic and on the problematics of the types of SUP most frequently occuring in the military environment - unhealthy interpersonal relationships (mobbing), extremism and using illegal performance-enhancing substances. The goal of the practical part is mainly to determine the incidence rate of these SUP within the Army of the Czech Republic. Another goal is to identify possible differences in individual servicemen´s experience and attitudes concerning these particular SUP, in relation to the type of unit they serve in (combat or logistic) and their length of service (up to 15 years and over 15 years). These goals are achieved through the quantitative research method of survey questionnaire . |
