dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá autoritou vychovatele a jeho výchovným působením na dospívající generaci žáků v domovech mládeže. Pozornost věnuje vybraným aspektům výchovného působení, které ovlivňují a podmiňují existenci autority vychovatele v domově mládeže v současnosti.Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak dospívající mládež interpretuje pojem autorita, jaké skutečnosti považují žáci za důležité k tomu, aby byli vychovatelé považováni za osobnosti s autoritou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis researches the issue of the authority of an educator and their educational influence on the teenage generation of pupils in halls of residence. If focuses on the selected aspects of pedagogical conduct, which both affect and determine the existence of the authority of an educator in a hall of residence at present. The aim of the quantitative research is to find out how the term authority is interpreted by adolescents. Furthermore, what elements play a role in pupils perception of an educator to be a person who is worthy of respect.
