Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální prací ve zdravotnictví. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakou roli zaujímá zdravotně sociální pracovník v nemocničním zařízení. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá sociální prací obecně, poté sociální prací ve zdravotnictví, historií zdravotně sociální práce v České republice, profesí zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, metodami práce, které při práci využívá, kompetencemi zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, etikou ve zdravotně sociální práci a multidisciplinárním týmem nemocnice. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu dat, která jsou zjištěna prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, metodami hloubkového rozhovoru, pozorováním a analýzou dokumentů. |

The bachelor thesis deals with social work in health care. The aim of bachelor thesis is to find what role a health social worker takes in the hospital. Theoretical part deals with social work generally, then with social work in health care, history of health social work in the Czech republic, profession of the health social worker, methods of social work, which a health social worker uses, competences of a health social worker, the ethics in health social work and multidisciplinary team of hospital. The practical part specializes in analysis of data which are found through qualitative research strategy, methods of deep interview, observation and analysis of documents. |
