dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou sociální oporou rodin a osob pečujících o dítě se zdravotním postižením. Práce popisuje možnosti finanční podpory ze systému sociálního zabezpečení v rámci platné legislativy České republiky. Bakalářská práce vymezuje možnosti volnočasových aktivit dětí se zdravotním postižením a pečujících osob. V rámci bakalářské práce byly provedeny rozhovory s cílem zjistit informovanost rodin o zařízeních, která jsou zaměřena na poskytování sociálních služeb dětem se zdravotním postižením.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the contemporary social support of families and persons caring for children with disabilities. The thesis describes the possibility of financial support from the social security system in compliance with the legislation of the Czech Republic. This thesis defines the possibilities of leisure activities for children with disabilities and caregivers. As part of the thesis were interviewed in order to ascertain the awareness of families about the facilities that are aimed at providing social services to children with disabilities.
