Hyaluronan vo vodnom prostredí degraduje a jeho molárna hmotnosť klesá. Degradácia je ovplyvnená teplotou, zložením roztoku a tiež jeho pH. Cieľom diplomovej práce bude štúdium vplyvu rôznych iontov na chovanie hyaluronanu vo vodnom prostredí. S použitím v medicíne, bude štúdium zamerané na fyziologické kompatibilné kationty a anionty. |

The hyaluronan leads to degradation in water solution, its molecular weight decrease. The degradation of hyaluronan is influenced by temperature, solution composition and also its pH. Aim of diploma thesis will be study of different ions influence to hyaluronan behaviour in water solution. In connection with medical application of hyaluronan, the study will be namely focused on physiological compatible cations and anions. |
