dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty nakládání s obecními nemovitostmi. Teoretická část vymezuje obec a její znaky. Obsahuje informace o majetku obcí, jeho způ-soby nabývání, hospodaření s majetkem a dále popisuje daně související s nemovitostmi a základní účetní aspekty. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření s nemovitým majetkem vybrané obce a dále popisuje postup při prodeji pozemku. Závěrem praktické části je celkové zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané obce a doporučení k jejímu rozvoji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with economic aspects of the management of municipal real es-tate. Theoretical part defines the village and its features. It contains information about mu-nicipal property, its acquisition method, asset management, and also describes real estate taxes and basic accounting aspects. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the management of the real estate of the selected municipality and also describes the procedure of sale of the land. The conclusion of the practical part is the overall evaluation of the economy of the selected municipality and recommendations for its development.
