Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Na příbězích dvou učitelek v mateřské škole sleduje a popisuje jejich schopnost reflexe, sebereflexe, autoregulace a sebehodnocení v průběhu profesního života. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému vymezení pojmů a uchopení problematiky sebereflexe učitelky v předškolním zařízení. Druhá část se týká sa-motného výzkumu, sběru dat prostřednictvím analýzy životního příběhu, interpretaci zjiště-ných informací a diskuzi nad problematikou. |

The thesis is a theoretical and empirical character. It presents the stories of two kindergar-ten teachers and their ability to reflection, self-reflection, self-assessment and self-regulation throughout their professional lives. The first part deals with the theoretical defi-nition of terms and clarifying problems of self-reflection in preschool education. The practical part deals with qualitative research, interpretation of the information obtained through life story analysis and discuss the issues. |
