dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice pro společnost XY. V teoretické části je uveden význam vnitropodnikových směrnic pro firmy, jejich náležitosti a klasifikace. Dále je v práci vymezena nejdůležitější legislativa upravující tvorbu těchto vnitřních předpisů a jsou zde stručně charakterizovány vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice. V druhé neboli praktické části je představena společnost XY a je zde uveden současný stav vnitropodnikových směrnic, které jsou již ve firmě zavedeny. Na závěr této části jsou navrženy vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice pro společnosti XY.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of selected internal directives for the company XY. The first part describes the importance of internal directives for companies, their requirements and classification. The bachelor thesis then identifies the most important legislation regarding the formation of these internal regulations. Selected internal directives are characterized briefly here. The second or practical part describes the company XY and the current state of internal directives is mentioned here. These internal directives are already in place in this company. At the end of this section there are proposed selected internal directives for the company XY.
