dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na způsob podávání informací a kompetence zdravotnického personálu při podávání informací pacientovi, rodinným příslušníkům a veřejnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá odbornou terminologií, různými rovinami vztahů zdravotník a pacient, legislativou a historií. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativní metodou výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky výzkumu by měly být využitelné pro veřejnost i zdravotnický personál. Hlavním cílem této práce je ujasnění a sestavení přehledu o kompetencích ošetřovatelského týmu a možnostech podávání informací v nemocničním zařízení. Dílčím cílem je zjištění pohledu pacientů, veřejnosti a zdravotnického personálu na tuto problematiku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the form of information and competence of medical staff in providing the information to the patient, family members and to the public. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the technical terminology, various levels of patient and medic relations, law and history. The practical part deals with the quantitative research method by using the questionnaire survey. The research results should be useful for the public and health care professionals. The main objective of this work is to clarify the stock of the competence of the nursing team and the possibilities of giving information in a hospital setting. Partial objective is the perspective of patients, the public and the medical staff on this issue.
