dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik v dopravní společnosti. V teoretické části jsou řešeny základní pojmy z oblasti managementu rizik a dopravní problematiky. Objasně-na je důležitost k přístupu managementu rizik a zároveň jsou představeny metody, které jsou vhodné k provedení analýzy rizik ve vybrané dopravní společnosti. Praktická část se-znamuje s konkrétní vybranou společností, její strukturou a přepravním procesem. Na kon-krétní přepravní proces jsou následně aplikovány metody pro analýzu rizik, které byly před-staveny v teoretické části. Na základě získaných výsledků analýzy jsou předloženy návrhy ke snížení nejzávažnějších rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The present bachelor thesis has focused on risk analysis in the transportation company. The theoretical part deals with explanation of the general terms from the area of risk ma-nagement as well as transportation. The importance of the approach towards the risk ma-nagement is clarified and the techniques suitable for risk analysis in the selected transporta-tion company are presented. The practical part provides insights to the particular selected company, its company structure and the transportation procedure. Subsequently, the tech-niques for risk analysis presented in the theoretical part are applied in the particular trans-portation procedure. On the basis of the results gained in the analysis, the proposals for decrease of the most serious risks are presented.
