dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá legislativou práva na informace v České republice, ukázkou naplňování tohoto práva v praxi, přehledem metod efektivní komunikace a možnostmi jejich využití při praktické činnosti úředníků ve veřejné správě. V rámci problematiky zákona se nabízejí příbuzná témata, na která by mohla být zaměřena pozornost, zejména faktor osobnostních a profesních kvalit a psychická zátěž úředníků při komunikaci s veřejností.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work disserts upon the right to information legislation in the Czech Republic, it shows its implementation practically and points out the methods of efficient communication with respect to the real aspects in the ordinary services of the public administration. Within the scope of the mentioned Act, there are a few subjects that should be examined more precisely, mainly factors like personal and professional quality as well as the psychical stress of officeholders during a communication with the public.	en
