Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji problematice zvýšení výkonnosti Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a to prostřednictvím implementace metody Balanced Scorecard. Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou. Nejprve jsem provedla literární rešerši a shrnula teoretické poznatky o metodě Balanced Scorecard, na základě studia domácí i zahraniční literatury. V části praktické jsem nejprve představila Fakultu managementu a ekonomiky. Následovalo hodnocení na základě rozdělení do 4 perspektiv metody. Na základě předchozích analýz jsem dále vypracovala projekt, jehož cílem je zvýšit výkonnost Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky. V rámci tohoto projektu jsou podrobně popsány jednotlivé fáze procesu implementace Balanced Scorecard. |

I focus in my master thesis on the topic of increasing performance of the Faculty of Management and Economics, through implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. This master thesis has been divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical part. First of all, I have done a literature retrieval in order to gain a sufficient theoretical background, which would enable me to elaborate the project of implementation of the BSC. In the practical part I have firstly introduced the Faculty of Management and Economics. The next step was to divise activities of faculty in 4 perspectives. The goal of the project is to increase efficiency of the Faculty of Management and Economics. This last section of my master thesis includes a detailed description of the individual steps of the BSC implementation. |
