dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti využití softwarového nástroje PTV Visum pro potřeby krizového řízení, konkrétně pro oblast evakuace osob z ohroženého území. V teoretické části nalezneme základní informace potřebné pro představení problematiky ochrany obyvatelstva, evakuace i modelování a simulace. V praktické části pak vyzkoušíme možnosti, které program PTV Visum nabízí a nasimulujeme hned dvě evakuace ve městě Veselí nad Moravou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of using software tool PTV Visum for crisis management, particularly in the area of evacuation of people from the endangered area. The theoretical part contains basic information necessary for understanding issues related to protection of the population, evacuation and modeling and simulation. In the practical part we will try out possibilities which program PTV Visum offers and we will simulate two examples of evacuations in Veseli nad Moravou.
