Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderním způsobem vzdělávání mladých policistů. Důraz je kladen na součinnost několika subjektů v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce zachycuje kvalitativně vyšší formu praktického nácviku a aplikaci teoretických dovedností mladých policistů přímo v terénu. Klíčovou roli zde sehrává neznalost terénu a prostředí, jakož i nutná flexibilita, dobré komunikační schopnosti a právní posuzování řešených případů. |

This Bachelor Work deals with a modern way of training young police officers. The emphasis is placed on co-operation of several subjects inside the joint rescue system. This represents a qualitatively higher form of practical training and application of young officers' theoretical knowledge straight in the field. Unfamiliarity with the location and environment plays a key role here together with necessary flexibility, good communication skills and assessment of the treated cases from the legal point of view. |
