Diplomová práca obsahuje stručný prehľad o obsahu marketingu. Zaoberá sa podstatou a charakteristikou služieb, tvorbou poslania, marketingovým mixom a marketingom vzťahov. Predstavuje spoločnosť Raven, a.s., dôkladne popisuje jej súčasný stav marketingového mixu, identifikuje slabé a silné stránky, ako i ohrozenia a príležitosti spoločnosti. Na základe dôkladnej analýzy bol spracovaný projekt, ktorý predkladá spôsob implementácie marketingových nástrojov v spoločnosti. |
