Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit využití a přínos rehabilitace svalového dna pánevního při léčbě žen s močovou inkontinencí. Tato práce mapuje informovanost žen s močovou inkontinencí a dopad této nemoci na kvalitu jejich života. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána nejen anatomie a fyziologie dolních cest močových, ale i druhy močové inkontinence, vyšetřovací metody a možnosti léčby se zaměřením na stresovou inkontinenci, která postihuje ženy nejčastěji a je u ní využíván rehabilitační tělocvik na svalové dno pánevní. V praktické části zkoumám podle daných hypotéz využití rehabilitace v léčbě ženské močové inkontinence, míru informovanosti u žen s touto nemocí a vliv tohoto onemocnění na jejich kvalitu života. Výsledky této práce by měly posloužit ke zlepšení kvality léčby žen s močovou inkontinencí. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the use and contribution of the rehabilitation the pelvic floor muscles at the treatment of women with urinary incontinence. It recognises the informedness of women with urinary incontinence and the impact of this diseases on the quality of their life. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I describe not only the anatomy and physiology of the lower urinary tract, but also the types of urinary incontinence, examination methods and possibilities of the treatment concentrated on a stress incontinence, which affects women most often, and where rehabilitation exercises of pelvic floor muscles are use. In the practical part I examine, according to given hypotheses, the use of rehabilitation in treating women's urinary incontinence, the degree informedness of women of this diseases on their life quality. The results of the thesis will be applicable on the qualitative improvement of the urinary incontinence therapy. |
