dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů ve vybrané společnosti za účelem jejich optimalizace. Teoretická část práce je orientována na rozbor literárních pramenů. Část teoretická zahrnuje vymezení nákladů dle finančního a manažerského účetnictví, klasifikaci a modelování nákladů. Informace, které jsou uvedeny v teoretické části, slouží jako podklad pro vypracování části praktické. Praktická část práce obsahuje představení společnosti, poté následuje analýza nákladů dle druhového členění a rozdělení nákladů na fixní a variabilní položky. Dále je praktická část zaměřena na nákladovou funkci, bod zvratu a provozní páku. Závěrem práce jsou návrhy a doporučení pro potenciální zefektivnění společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis describes the cost analysis of specific company towards the cost optimization. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the literature sources. This part includes the costs definition pursant to the financial and management accountancy as well as the clasification and the cost modeling. The information, included in the theoretical part is intended to be an underlay for the partical part. The partical part of the thesis contains the company introduction, followed by the cost analysis based on the cost type. The following passages includes the categorization to fixed and variable costs. The next part is focused on describing the contribution margin, the break even point and the opera-ting leverage. The conclusion of the thesis includes some specific suggestions for the company to be more effective.
