dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá možnosťou zefektívneniaa fungovania spoločnosti SK-Pružiny s.r.o. Spoločnosť vyrába pružiny v rôznych veľkostiach a tvaroch pre domáci i zahraničný trh. S týmto súvisí aj potreba stáleho udržiavania dobrých vzťahov so zákazníkmi, za pred-pokladu vhodne využitej kapacity zdrojov. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, kde v prvej, teo-retickej, časti je práca venovaná plánovaniu a organizácii výroby a využívaniu zdrojov. Prak-tická časť začína predstavením spoločnosti, analýzou jej súčasného stavu a zhodnotenie vý-roby z pohľadu včasne vybavených objednávok. V závere druhej časti sú navrhnuté spôsoby, ako vyrobiť zákazku pre odberateľa načas.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on explaining the operations of the company SK Pružiny s.r.o. The company produces springs in various sizes and shapes for domestic and foreign markets. The operation also includes the strategy for permanent maintenance of good relationships with customers, and full utilization and capacity of resources. The work is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the planning and organization of production and the use of resources. The practical side focuses on the analysis of the current situation and promoting the production of timely completed orders . The strategy of management on meeting the production of orders on time is also explained in this section.
