dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem rozpočetnictví ve výrobním družstvu ORLÍK-KOMPRESORY. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy a zjištěných nedostatků ve jmenovaném družstvu navrhnout inovovaný systém rozpočetnictví, který bude založený na tradičním přístupu tvorby rozpočtů. Tato práce byla řešena na základě autorčiny vlastní zkušenosti v družstvu, studiem interních dokumentů a rozhovorů s pracovníky družstva. V práci bylo navrženo řešení, které jasně stanoví odpovědnost za tvorbu rozpočtů, umožní propojit systém rozpočetnictví se systémem motivace pracovníků a bude zaměřeno na vyhodnocování rozpočtů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis focus on the budgeting system in the company ORLÍK-KOMPRESORY. The aim of the thesis is to suggest an innovative system of budgeting based on the analysis and found problems while using the traditional approach of budgeting. The thesis has been created by using authors's own experience in the company, by studying the intern docummentation and interviewing the employees. Part of the thesis is the solution stating the accurate liability for creating the budgets. The solution also helps to relate the budgeting system to system of motivating the employees and focuses on the evaluation of the budgets.
