dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou posklizňového zpracování v ČR, návrhem modelového projektu investiční výstavby posklizňové linky z pohledu zhotovitele a zhodnocením efektů investiční výstavby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretická se zabývá investicemi, investiční výstavbou a jejími jednotlivými fázemi, možnými zdroji financování, hodnocením efektivnosti investic a riziky. V navazující praktické části je analyzováno prostředí posklizňového zpracování v ČR a je vytvořen historický obecný model posklizňové linky. Na tento historický obecný model jsou sestaveny dvě varianty řešení, které odstraňují zjištěné nedostatky obecného modelu. Pro projekt nabídky investiční výstavby je vybrána ta varianta, která dosahuje nejnižších nákladů na zpracování produkce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of post-harvest processing in the Czech Republic, the proposal of model project of a capital construction of a post-harvest line from the perspective of the contractor and the work includes the evaluation of effects of the project of capital construction. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is engaged in the concept of investment, investment construction and its individual phases, potential sources of funding, evaluation of investment effectiveness and risks. The aim of the following practical part is to analyse the environment of post-harvest processing in the Czech Republic and the historical general model of post-harvest line is created. Concerning this general historical model, there are two options for the solutions which eliminate the total inefficiency of the general model. The selected option for the final project is the variant that achieves the lowest cost of production.
